All activities of the Republican Liberty Caucus of California are managed by the state board of directors.  Members of the state board of directors are elected at the biennial RLC-CA conference.  Additional voting and non-voting members of the state board of directors may also be appointed by the state board at any time.

Currently the voting members of the state board of the RLC-CA consists of:

State Chairman: Douglas Lorenz
Treasurer:  Dan Rego
Secretary: Kelli Lorenz

Additionally, any national board members of the Republican Liberty Caucus who reside in California are automatically non-voting members of the state board of directors.  Currently this includes:

National Chairman:  Bill Westmiller
